Technology
The ACSS seeks to integrate educational technology into its teaching in the most appropriate ways. We believe that responsible use of technology will greatly enhance student learning, and we work to keep our hardware and software as well as our practices and policies as up-to-date with current trends and research as is appropriate.
Every classroom has computers, and all buildings have computer labs with online access. The RES has a Thin Client lab, and RJ/SHS has a classroom lab as well as computers in the library. Most K-6 classrooms have high-tech computer-enhanced whiteboards. The RJ/SHS has four technology-enhanced science labs, and all students in grades 11-12 have personal laptops.
